Names aren't generating
The app requires an internet connection to generate names using AI.
✅ Fix: Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Try turning airplane mode on and off, then regenerate.
Descriptions are in the wrong language
Name descriptions appear in English instead of your chosen language.
✅ Fix: Go to Settings → Language and re-select your preferred language. Then generate new names — descriptions will appear in the correct language.
Daily limit reached
You've used your 5 free daily generations and can't generate more.
✅ Fix: Wait until tomorrow for your free limit to reset, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited generations at any time.
Pro purchase not showing
You purchased Pro but the app still shows the free version.
✅ Fix: Go to the upgrade screen and tap "Restore Purchase." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Saved names disappeared
Your favorited names are no longer showing in the Saved tab.
✅ Fix: This can happen if you reinstalled the app or reset app data. Unfortunately saved names cannot be recovered after a reset. Going forward, use the Share button to back up names you love.
App is slow or freezing
The app feels sluggish or stops responding during use.
✅ Fix: Force-close the app and reopen it. If it persists, restart your device. Make sure your iOS is up to date in Settings → General → Software Update.
Names keep repeating
You're seeing the same names every time you generate.
✅ Fix: Try changing your preferences (different origin, vibe, or meanings) before regenerating. The AI uses your preferences to diversify results.
App won't open / crashes on launch
The app crashes immediately when you try to open it.
✅ Fix: Delete and reinstall the app from the App Store. If the problem persists, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
UI looks broken or misaligned
Some elements appear out of place or the layout looks wrong.
✅ Fix: Make sure you're running the latest version of the app. Update via the App Store → Updates tab.
